Getting the most out of your exercise and gym time is important to us. We aim to use the newest methods in fitness to help accelerate your progress.

With a structured approach to a combination of strength, cardiovascular and core exercise we aim to deliver the most complete workout you can receive.

Most people struggle to make the gym and get enough exercise in to the week (all that’s before deciding what you are going to do when you go to the gym). We aim to take the guess work out of this for you. In our semi-private sessions you always work with your own fitness coach who is there to coach, motivate and push you towards your goals.

Our members utilize our services more than traditional gyms due to our unique service, our flexible booking system and focus and customised approach to training (we asked for some of our members why they stay as long term members….. obviously our excellent sense of humour featured as well as excellent and challenging training).

It may be to lose weight, it may be to try and get back in the swing of things. People’s goals often vary. What is important is that you get a balanced programme that has your goals and needs at the heart of it.
