Every session is coached by your own expert fitness coach and you have constant access, support and motivation from our team with your training, health, lifestyle and nutrition. Our track record

15 years established and over 20 years in the fitness and strength and conditioning industry. Locally we are the most experienced personal training company with over 50,000 hours of cumulative personal training experience from a variety of backgrounds.

Our service

Over 50 sessions early, mid-morning, evenings and weekends. Coaching at every session. Personalisation for all goals from fat loss, improved fitness and health, sports performance and injury rehabilitation underpinned with Masters level qualified coaches.

Our clients

Normal time poor busy men and women looking to get the most from their workouts. From new Mum’s through to stressed office workers (which aren’t mutually exclusive) we have an age range of members from 14 to 78. Our aim is to help you feel, move and perform better- whatever your goal. We have worked with members of the Spice Girls, The Saturdays, Channel 4 and Sky, actors and actresses trying to get in shape, athletes in 4 different sports at an international level, numerous young athletes trying to go from good to great as well as those looking to complete a first marathon. We aren’t elitist as we will help everyone no matter the start point!

Ronan Byrne

Ronan Byrne

Ronan’s upbeat and positive nature helps with motivating Results FAST clients through their sessions. With a specialism in functional fitness from a coaching perspective Ronan’s ability to adjust workouts to clients needs and meet them where they are, are second to none with a more personal and friendly style. Ronan’s own fitness interests come from a Cross-fit and fitness competition background where he regularly competes.

Tim Harrison

Tim Harrison

As a founder member of Results FAST in 2010 Tim is well placed to understand the culture and values that we maintain at Results FAST. Being a veteran of strength training Tim’s focus on kettlebells, lifting and scaling exercises to suit individual as well as relative strength development is his strong suit. For tuition on strength training Tim is well placed for beginners and advanced trainers to help them progress.

Dan Lush

Dan Lush

Dan has a degree in Sports Science and is currently completing a Masters at Hertfordshire University. With specialisms in Strength and Conditioning Dan is attuned to the needs of a variety of clients from the perspectives of performance, rehabilitation and using evidence based coaching methods for great results. With a personal interest in Hyrox Dan leads some of our additional workshops where he helps support both new and advanced members equally.

Ian Mellis

Ian Mellis

With a Masters in Sports Science and over 20 years experience in personal training and strength and conditioning Ian is the founder of Results FAST. With a specialism in smart programme design for a variety of clients from time poor individual’s, new exercisers and advanced trainees Ian has managed a wide variety of clients. Having been featured in Men and Women’s Health, The Evening Standard and The Telegraph Ian has previously worked with Mel C from the Spice Girls, The Saturday’s and numerous actors and actresses to help develop their physiques. Ian has developed a number of athletes to international level in tennis, rugby union, swimming and netball from youth athletes through to adult.
