At Results FAST Gym, our members range from beginners to experienced athletes, busy professionals to older adults. Below you’ll find honest feedback from people who have trained with us and experienced the Results FAST approach first-hand with small group classes or 1-1 personal training.
From general fitness to top level sport we have always aimed to help someone no matter where they are and whatever their starting point.
We are a family business- we train couples, team mates, sons and daughters, mothers and fathers and grandparents. A large amount of our growth as business comes from referrals and people coming with their friends.
We’ve always had a local focus- Jackie has been with us for over 16 years as have some of our other clients. Some have come and gone and come again. The door is always open for returns. From returning post children or knee replacements we help you stay on the straight and narrow- we don’t say we are different to other places- our members do.
We can back it up with numbers- 3 stone weight loss for Paul is amazing. But what is also pretty special is he can lift a lot and is a strong. You see, weight loss is good, but getting stronger, fitter, moving and feeling better is all part of our plan for you.
You might fall off the horse every now and again but we help you get back on it. We will help you do things you never would imagine you could do through every stage of your life.
Sticking to something is tough but with our motivation and focus on adherence we can help you move forward.

The fringe benefits of our membership are amazing. Here’s one of our members Claire driving her first born up Musley Hill in Ware. This is what real world fitness is. To frame it Claire is still with us and that child is on her way to secondary school soon. Flexibility and support are key markers for success.
A few words about some of the sport/ strength and conditioning stuff we have done. Will played for Hungary in international rugby. We’ve got there over many years, many injuries. He is one of the first young athletes we took on in 2009.


Annabelle didn’t do conventional strength work- her back didn’t let her. Many fitness coaches told her she was wrong and that she should lift heavy.
Well guess what? She captained Ireland Under 21 and is in the full squad. As a side note she makes a point of being the fittest person on the squad and aces all the fitness tests.
There’s been a host of other sports as well- rugby union, league, football and cricket. We’ve developed national age group champions in swimming and national tour champions in tennis.


We’ve got members through fitness competitions. Here’s Kate (and Nick hovering in the background) Kate has got a metal knee… Try running 8 km with an array of other gym based challenges on the way round post knee replacement- truly exceptional stuff.
Here’s Sophie and Susie- 16 weeks ago they didn’t think they would complete a Hyrox… but they did. Sophie had to manage with a heavily twisted ankle but we worked around it and got her there. These guys and all the above are busy people with varying demands from life and family. They do their best and try to make the time as their fitness is important to them.

As you can see the stories are varied, the people are varied. We don’t leave anyone behind.
It starts with simple stuff- maybe just getting more active is the goal.
Maybe that’s the only goal- it doesn’t need to be competitive.
Wherever you start point is we will support you.
One of our strengths is our community. Other fitness businesses say this as everyone is the same- our community is different as we celebrate the fact that fitness is a personal thing to you. Whatever your goal, level or age everyone fits.
